At Vero we use real china, glassware, and silverware to enhance the quality of our made-from scratch recipes. Each and everyday we grind our own tomatoes for our marinara, we make our dough and bread from scratch.
We pride ourselves on the authenticity of our food and cook our pizza and pastas in a real coal-fired oven for a superior quality cooking technique that has a direct impact on flavor.
